Customization
-Products can be modified and/or enhanced based on customer needs, such as addition or removal of the fields, localization, audit tracking and other specific local business requirements.
Deployment
-As a part of our deployment services we provide installation, compilation of the objects, authorization setup, close of business components configuration and sample test.
Training
-Remotely or on-site training is available for both system administrators/support and end-users with hands-on experience. Documentation includes functional specification and installation instructions.
Support
-Support services include issue analysis, error fixing, legal requirements, versions compatibility and future product releases. Custom SLA agreements are available upon request.
